• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Submit false or misleading information during interviews or challenges
• Attempt to circumvent integrity monitoring systems

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

All content on InterviewStack.io, including questions, interview scenarios, algorithms, and assessment frameworks, is the property of InterviewStack.io and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

User Content

By submitting interview responses, challenge solutions, or other content to our platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and analyze this content to provide and improve our services, including generating feedback and matching with recruiters (if you opt-in).

Disclaimer of Warranties

InterviewStack.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will result in job offers or interview success. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewStack.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
