Candidates should also demonstrate how they build consensus and influence to move company priorities, design roadmaps and phasing to realize strategic impact, anticipate and manage risk, define objectives and key results and other success metrics, and describe examples of initiatives that produced measurable organizational value over multiple quarters or years.
