Role Overview

Optimizes sales processes, manages sales technology stack, and provides analytical support to drive sales performance and operational efficiency across the sales organization. They focus on enabling sales teams through process optimization, data analysis, and system management. Responsibilities include managing sales processes and workflows to maximize efficiency, overseeing sales technology implementation and optimization including CRM and sales automation tools, analyzing sales performance metrics and providing insights to sales leadership, managing sales forecasting and reporting processes, coordinating sales training and enablement programs, and ensuring data quality and integrity in sales systems. They develop sales operational procedures, manage sales territories and quota planning, support sales compensation and incentive programs, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales and other departments. Daily tasks involve sales data analysis, process optimization, system administration, performance reporting, territory management, training coordination, and strategic planning support. Sales Operations Managers also conduct sales process audits, implement sales best practices, manage sales vendor relationships, and provide decision support to sales leadership.
