Role Overview

Leads organizational transformation initiatives by managing the people side of change to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and business strategies. They specialize in helping organizations navigate transitions while minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive change management strategies and plans, conducting organizational assessments to identify change readiness and potential resistance, designing and implementing communication strategies to build awareness and support for changes, creating and delivering training programs to develop new skills and capabilities, establishing stakeholder engagement plans and feedback mechanisms, and measuring change adoption and effectiveness through metrics and assessments. They collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into project plans, develop change champion networks, create resistance management strategies, and ensure sustainable change adoption. Daily activities involve change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, progress monitoring, and consultation with leadership teams. Change Management Consultants also conduct change impact assessments, facilitate change workshops, develop change tools and templates, and provide ongoing coaching and support throughout transformation initiatives.
