Learning & Development Manager

They focus on talent development and workforce capability building. Responsibilities include developing learning strategies and programs, managing training delivery and evaluation, creating career development pathways, overseeing learning technologies and platforms, measuring learning effectiveness, and supporting leadership development initiatives. They coordinate with subject matter experts, manage learning budgets, and ensure learning programs align with business objectives. Daily tasks involve program development, training coordination, learner support, performance analysis, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration. Learning & Development Managers also conduct needs assessments, evaluate learning technologies, manage external training partnerships, and continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.
