Role Overview

Oversees financial operations and provides strategic financial guidance while managing financial processes, budgets, and reporting for their area of responsibility. They ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting business decision-making with financial insights. Responsibilities include managing financial planning and budgeting processes, overseeing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies, managing cash flow and working capital, supervising financial staff, and providing financial guidance to management. They coordinate with auditors, manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and develop financial policies and procedures. Daily activities involve budget monitoring, financial analysis, team management, report review, compliance monitoring, and strategic financial planning meetings. Finance Managers also evaluate financial risks, implement cost control measures, support business development initiatives, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
