Develops and coordinates multimedia packages, including brochures, videos, and point-of-purchase displays, while leveraging sponsorships, events, and sales promotions. Maximizes the impact of advertising campaigns by optimizing customer touchpoint strategies across diverse media. Identifies target audiences and analyzes their characteristics and media habits to determine the best communication methods. Designs media plans aligned with company objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns and media investments to ensure successful brand positioning.
The Marketing Specialist is a mid-level marketing communications professional responsible for owning and executing integrated marketing initiatives and tactics that deliver a consistent, customer-first experience across touchpoints.
This role bridges strategy and execution—translating brand, product, and customer experience priorities into coordinated execution of marketing initiatives that engage customers, support field teams, and drive business outcomes. The position partners closely with Marketing Communications Managers, brand teams, customer experience teams, sales, and agency partners to deliver high-quality, aligned, and measurable marketing efforts.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $90,320.00- $135,480.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
