We are seeking a growth-centered Product Marketing Director to join our Global Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for IAS's comprehensive solutions โ servicing buy- and sell-side offerings โ across the open internet โ including web/display, audio, etc. โ with a focus on maximizing product adoption and driving revenue growth.

The IAS Product Marketing team leads the positioning strategy and drives adoption of our products and multi-product portfolio solutions, helping customers understand how our offerings can solve their business challenges. We bring the customer perspective to everything we do, diving deep into product roadmaps and developing compelling insights to illuminate the fit between advertiser needs and our offerings. We partner with internal teams across Commercial, Marketing, Communications, and Technical teams to tell those stories to advertising customers across touch points that are most relevant to themโfrom sales collateral to events and industry publications.
Drive Global Product Adoption: Lead the market adoption of IAS's solution suite โ spanning advertisers as well as publisher offerings โ that deliver Protection, Performance, and Acceleration for their businesses across global markets.
Be the Voice of the Market: Define customer pain points and market demand that will activate product investments and fuel revenue growth
Lead GTM Strategy: Oversee comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product and portfolio positioning/messaging, branding, and packaging of IAS solutions
Shape Business Strategy: Develop the business strategy needed to deliver industry-leading outcomes-based and ad tech experiences, and structure inbound recommendations to product teams based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and market opportunity sizing
Enable Sales Teams: Support the field organization by developing effective marketing collateral, including solution overviews, best practice presentations, end-user training materials, whitepapers, and case studies
Create Compelling Content: Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to create marketing collateral that drives adoption and engagement across our product portfolio
Influence Product Direction: Provide strategic input to Product and Engineering to develop ad product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and ship products on time
Remove Revenue Blockers: Partner with commercial leadership to understand and eliminate barriers to revenue while providing client-facing support for customers worldwide
Showcase Success: Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to develop customer success stories that demonstrate real-world impact
Establish Thought Leadership: Publish thought leadership content that educates advertiser decision makers while generating demand for our solutions
Track and Measure Success: Stand up mechanisms and create metrics to track product adoption and marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
BA or BS degree (MBA or quantitative graduate degree is a plus)
10+ years of experience in ad tech product marketing; outcomes-centric and data signal collaboration experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of influencing behavior across organizational levels, including cross-functional managers and senior executives
Experience working in global markets with demonstrated empathy for diverse customer needs
Strong aptitude for working with analytics and data, turning insights into compelling and actionable growth strategies
Deep understanding of the media landscape with genuine passion for digital advertising
Excellent presentation skills with comfort engaging directly with clients
Proven ability to serve as a spokesperson at industry events and in trade media

IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidateโs compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
