The manager will be responsible for leading and managing the team developing the firmware for cloud infrastructure products, ensuring timely delivery and highest quality standards. The manager will be playing a key role in driving the software development processes (such as Agile, Scrum, etc.) and complying with the product life cycle development (phase/gate deliverables). The candidates with prior experience in firmware development and strong leadership skills will enjoy this role
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Engineering
Overall 12+ years of experience, with atleast 1 to 2 years as a manager
Prior experience in managing the SW development teams in one or more of the below areas
LINUX Kernel/drivers, PCIe, BMC, BIOS/BSP
Data Networking
CPU/GPU based compute
AI workload/Orchestration
