We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS scaleup looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to accelerate our growth journey in building world-class teams at Certivity.
As a member of our new People & Culture team, you will take ownership of the full talent pipeline - working inbound applications while also developing new sourcing opportunities across technical and business roles. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Team Leads, focusing on key hires in a fast-growing team that is shaping the future of compliance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, tech communities, and other relevant channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, case studies, and build high-quality pipelines.
- Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiation, and coordinate with the other P&C Managers for a smooth onboarding.
- Automate and improve the processes (also with the help of AI!).
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, quality of hire).
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
- You have previous experience in technical recruiting, with profiles such as Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers and similar.
- You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- You have experience in sourcing candidates actively via LinkedIn and other dedicated channels.
- You have experience with Personio or a similar ATS.
