As a Product Manager Intern at FamilySearch, you’ll be a member of a product team, working daily with an experienced Product Manager, Designer, and Engineers to solve real product problems on one of the world’s largest genealogy platforms. You’ll contribute to products used by millions worldwide, from the Family Tree that connects families across generations, to digital imaging systems that preserve historical records around the globe. This is not shadowing or busywork. You’ll own a meaningful project by conducting user research, defining success metrics, making prioritization decisions, and shipping features that directly shape how people discover their family history. You’ll learn modern product management practices in a mission-driven environment, gaining hands-on experience with discovery, data, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy while helping people connect with their ancestors and preserve family history for future generations.
This internship will last 4 months and work full time Monday thru Friday, normal business hours.
Ideally interns will work a hybrid schedule. One office in Lehi, UT one day per week. Working from home the other four days. If the hired person does not live along the Wasatch Front, fully remote work may be negotiated.
Interns must be either currently enrolled in school or start within one year of their graduation date.
