About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be pivotal in overseeing our HR operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all three trusts within our shared services framework. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing the hiring process and facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Produce employment agreements, and variations in line with relevant contractual terms and conditions, ensuring all required documentation is collected. 
• Maintaining HR databases, updating employee records, and generating reports.
• Providing support for HR projects and initiatives
• General HR Administration Support

Skills and Qualifications | Pukenga & Wheako

• Perfect role for a new graduate within the HR sector or a related field (or equivalent work experience) looking to expand or a career move
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite systems with an understanding for detail
