LOCATION: Full-time, onsite in Chantilly, VA

In this role, you’ll work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather, document, and manage requirements; lead sprint planning; and ensure full traceability, verification, and validation of system needs.

Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and/ or have demonstrated experience in, with or:
- IT Project Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Software Development.
- Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.
- Using Agile project management tools and repositories such as Jira, Confluence, or Github.
- Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders and sponsor leadership.
- Facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements.
- Architecting and designing enterprise IT systems for mission use.
- Designing and developing SecDevOps pipelines to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) microservices on a cloud infrastructure utilizing tool suites such as Ansible, GitHub and Jenkins.
- Working with the Client's SecDevOps tools, such as CI/CD, code repositories, testing suites.
- Applying security policy, counterintelligence, and security controls to systems.
- Providing troubleshooting support for IT systems within IC environment.
- Serving as the primary interface with customers seeking to utilize Sponsor capabilities and data sets.
- Assessing and refining user’s current and future requirements by possessing a full understanding of systems within the Client's portfolio, to include hardware and software components, dependencies, and project relationships within system operations.
- Maintaining awareness and implementing enterprise system compliance and integration requirements.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with; using; familiarity with:
- Deploying, operating, and maintaining web services on a cloud infrastructure.
- Operating, maintaining, and administrating cloud infrastructure, servers, and environments that support Client capabilities and services, and development and user accounts and profiles.
- Coordinating with Client and IC stakeholders on deployments, requirements, system troubleshooting, and system status to identify system integration requirements, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and outages.
- Designing technical architecture, interfaces, data models and solutions that interface with NSA targeting systems.
- Designing and implementing system integrations and interfaces used between NSA and Client systems.
- Deploying, operating, and maintaining web services on a cloud infrastructure.
- Working with the Client's C2E environment.
