- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;

- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

The Project

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (GCP) to work on a Tech project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze existing GCP setups, including projects, folders, IAM policies, networking configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and service accounts;

• Plan, execute, and support the migration of GCP projects between organizations, ensuring alignment with the target organization's standards;

• Ensure minimal downtime and a controlled cutover process throughout the migration;

• Validate post-migration outcomes, including access control and connectivity;

• Collaborate with security and networking teams throughout the migration lifecycle;

• Document migration steps, decisions, and risks in a clear and structured manner;

• Present migration results and key findings to stakeholders.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);

• Deep knowledge of GCP IAM, including organizations, folders, projects, service accounts, and role bindings;

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform on GCP;

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar;

• Solid understanding of GCP networking, including NCC, VPCs, Shared VPCs, firewall rules, and load balancers;

• Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting, with strong Git knowledge;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with proven exposure to production GCP environments;

• Experience in cloud migration or cloud transformation projects;

• C1 level of English or above, with the ability to communicate effectively within distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.

Lisbon (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office).
