onsemi is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the faced-paced distribution sales team. In this role, you will partner with the Global Account Manager (GAM) of High-Service and Specialty distribution to drive successful strategy execution and continued growth. The candidate will have exposure to and must effectively collaborate with numerous functional organizations across all seniority levels. This role will provide a clear path towards further career growth.
Performance Objectives
· Communicate with Business Unit, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations to ensure program execution to plan.
· Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to track program execution including backlog, billing, and resale data.
· Monitor program progress and resolve gaps with stakeholders.
· Support the GAM to develop and maintain accurate forecasts.
· Ensure timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues and inquiries in collaboration with customer service.
· Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
· Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with the GAM by leveraging data analysis and monitoring trends.
