Qualifications

• Seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to provide operational support across multiple customer locations within an assigned geographic area. This multi-site role requires daily travel using a personal vehicle and flexibility to work at different locations with varying schedules. The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, office services, site coverage, customer service, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and service standards.

  Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support at multiple customer locations.
• Cover absences, vacations, training, implementations, and service expansions.
• Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and forwarding calls, and providing customer assistance.
• Manage mailroom operations, shipping, receiving, package handling, and distribution.
• Perform print production tasks, including printing, copying, binding, assembling documents, and finishing work.
• Operate and maintain office equipment by replenishing toner and paper, clearing jams, and reporting service issues.
• Schedule conference rooms and support meeting setup and breakdown.
• Assist with hospitality services, including stocking kitchens, receiving catering orders, and maintaining clean, organized office areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members through email, phone, messaging platforms, and in person.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of team members.
• Assist with process improvements, procedural testing, and validation activities.
• Help develop, maintain, and inspect site procedure guides to ensure compliance and accuracy.
