User Acceptance Testing Program Questions

Designing and running a user acceptance testing program that ensures the delivered solution meets business requirements and acceptance criteria. Candidates should be able to define test scenarios and success criteria derived from requirements, map test cases to requirements to ensure coverage, coordinate business and technical stakeholders, manage test environments and data, triage and prioritize defects, track resolution and verification, run regression checks, and obtain formal business sign off. The description should also cover risk based testing, contingency planning for critical defects, and communication of test status and impact to leadership.
