Covers the core metrics and measurement practices used to evaluate logistics and delivery operations and to guide transformation decisions. Candidates should understand time based metrics such as end to end delivery time, dispatch latency, and on time delivery rates; quality metrics such as order accuracy and customer satisfaction scores; resource metrics such as driver or courier utilization and capacity; cost metrics such as cost per order and cost to serve; and efficiency metrics such as throughput and cycle time. Candidates should also be able to explain how to set targets, instrument data collection, build dashboards, design experiments to measure impact, and use metrics to prioritize initiatives while accounting for trade offs and measurement limitations.
