Candidates should describe change leadership frameworks and tactics they have used, how they built cross functional coalitions and stakeholder buy in, how they ran pilots and iterated based on feedback, approaches to training and adoption, ways to measure adoption and business impact, and examples of institutionalizing new ways of working or technology.
